As both onstage or just consultant MD for both established and newly signed artists, I am responsible for every stage of an artist's live show, both promo/showcase/full touring including, where necessary:
- Live show consultation
- Band selection/audition/liason
- Band rehearsal
- Tour pre-production/programming/recording and technical requirements
- Artist performance/stagecraft
- Show and band structure (eg set and band line-up options to varying requirements/budgets)
- Promo MD (eg label promo team/management to TV liason /all musical and technical requirements for TV performance and recording)
